datetime ???

I am a bit stumped trying to find an informat to read in the datetime. The data is in a comma delimited file and the date time is written within quotes as such: "04/06/2016 01:06:08 PM" or "11/24/2015 02:00:48 AM". I did not try column input as the above works for the rest of the data being read and seems simple.
Of course, I've been getting invalid data with everything I tried and your help will be appreciated.
Thank you.
There are two catch all date/datetime informats that are good to know
ANYDTDTE (date)
ANYDTDTM (datetime)

That seemed to work per below. I tested it with format datetime datetime24. Thank you.
