can someone explain prxchange function I didn't understand it..It really good function I ever used this way.

The language is Perl, if you search Regular Expressions you’ll find many tutorials on the topic including many interactive tools to help you build and test your regular expressions.

thanks alot for the reply I'll try it ...it is different function I ever seen it some hard understand can you explain little it helps me ...

Yes, the syntax of the Perl Regular Expression functions can be quite difficult to understand for a SAS programmer.

 

I recommend consulting the SAS Documentation for the PRXCHANGE Function and go to lexjansen.com and read an article or two.
