Hi,
we are upgrading our SAS Windows platform from 9.2 Wlatin1 encoding to 9.4 Utf-8.
I read several documents about encoding changing and I'd like to search what caracters are interested from upgade, to evaluate if some information would be lost.
This is my question: when I receive some error/warning about different encoding for old dataset wlatin1 in Utf-8 session, how can I trace the exact cell that contains the data to be converted?
Thank you in advance for any tips.
Costantino
I may be wrong, but UTF8 contains all the wlatin1 characters, so there should be no errors. Have you had errors?
