I have an issue with align of the data as you can see on the picture below:

What part of SAS did you use to produce these misaligned values? Show us your code.

 

Can you show us (a part of) the actual data, in the form of data step code?

I am not sure what you desire for output but it seems like perhaps that you may want to force the min value to have a decimal.

Since SAS data sets would only allow referencing a single variable for your Mean (sd) and Min Max pairs as character variables then go back a step to where you create those strings to ensure that the Min (and Mean) have the decimal to align with.
