DDE update with new region, what i am missing?

i have attached report and DDE script which used to generate same report. I am upgrading region in central division. I have commented out 4 region and put two new region instead, FORIDA and Big South (you can see in the DDE script). the thing is region is showing up in the report but central division (including 4 region Florida, Big South, Chicago and Heartland) total is not matching up.

there are 3 different division with different region, the deal is with Central division which has 4 region.

Please let me know what i am missing.
