Creating an output using multiple data set

Hi,

I Have 5 Dataset sent in same format as excel sheet and what output the way it is in Test2 workbook sheet named output.

Can someone please help me with the sas code require to get this particular format.

all the condtions are in output sheet.

All variable are created using count except for central which uses sum and dataset 5

For example

Query to  get

Kundelinjen (Ledelse & stab) 371 is
