Hi, there! I wonder if there is any coding/naming standard in SAS to be accepted internationally? After checking with books published by SAS institute and some post from SUGI or NESUG, i found there were a great variation in the so-called "coding standard", e.g. SAS institute just use lowercase for all coding. I wonder if any could give me some reference to some coding standard in SAS programming please! Thanks in advance!

There is nothing that broad. Certain segments of application areas have some standardization, but that's all I've seen. (for instance the ADaM standard for naming variables in CDISC).
