Hi,
I want to know if it's possible to access ti S3 in Amazon using proc http. I want to do a step similar to this:
filename fichurl temp;
proc http
url="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jpatokal/openflights/master/data/airports.dat"
method="GET"
out=fichurl;
run;
DATA WORK.AIRPORT_URL (drop= F9-F14);
length id 8. aeropuerto ciudad pais cod_iata cod_icao $50.;
INFILE fichurl DLM=',' DSD MISSOVER ;
INPUT
ID
aeropuerto
ciudad
pais
cod_iata
cod_icao
latitud
longitud
F9 F10 F11 F12 F13 F14
;
RUN;
is that possible?
NOTE: I can't use proc S3 because of my SAS version
Did you try it? If yes, what were the results (log)?
I didn't try it. I wnat to know how to change the above code to work with S3 if possible.
For example, how to pass user and pass, and if its any special option..
Thanks
