error loging to case managment

hi i have issue when i try to login to sas casemanagement after typing the credentail it ask me again for credental without saying any error

the url changed to

SASEntCaseManagement/j_spring_cas_security_check

my envirnoment is windwos server 2012 , depot 9.4

Have you followed the steps in the Defining Users, Groups, and Roles section of the SAS Enterprise Case Management 6.3: Administrator's Guide about assigning users to proper groups? Reviewing the logs for Case Management may also provide additional information.
