Last week’s Coaches Corner was quite a success, just not in the way you might think. We did not get any questions prior to, or during, the event. No biggie, as I was prepared for that!

I presented the SAS team with a report of the top 100 viewed admin posts on the community (you all are a busy bunch!). At the start of the Coaches Corner, 65 of those posts had a marked accepted solution. The team tackled the posts, one by one, reading and reviewing the existing responses. Where we could, we marked an already-existing reply as the accepted solution. If the solution wasn't there, a member of the SAS team provided it. At the conclusion of the hour-long Coaches Corner, we had 92 of the top 100 posts with accepted solutions!

Wondering what’s the big deal with accepted solutions? This community memo gives you all the details.

We will continue to hold Coaches Corners, and we’ll still be available to answer questions in near real-time during these events. But we’ll also focus on getting you answers to existing questions. It’s all designed to help you get the answers you need, when you need them!
