Upgrade the Oracle VirtualBox VM with SAS University Edition?

I've got SAS University Edition, and every time I start it I get a prompt to upgrade the Oracle Virtual Box.  Should I?  Will I have to re-install the SAS component as well?

I don't always upgrade VirtualBox straight away every time I get one of those messages but if/when you choose to do so everything should be fine and no, you shouldn't have to reinstall SAS UE
