Hi,

After install SAS 9.3 or 9.2 in any unix/linux server, In which file server hardware info will be saved, !?

Example:- Currently we are using 16 core CPU, 64 Memory in linux server, If we want to increase or decrease any hardware cpu/memory can we edit that file and restart the sas.servers ?

Many Thanks,

Suman Reddy

SAS is not registrating the hardware for functionality, it depends on your license. Changing hardware can imply a need for changing that.
Review your contract(s). Contact  your contract manager. I in the contract there are no hardware constraints there is not installation issue just a integrity one.
