Hope, you should be good to go. Yesterday I've added 10 more tries. Also, you can avoid that message by using a mirrored repository.

Sorry to awaken this old thread but I'm also having problems with the same thing. I tried to build a mirror repo so that our automation tests would stop hammering your servers, but a few of the files seem blocked:

Error: Recieved a non 200 status from request: 410, https://ses.sas.download/ses/repos/shipped/decsnmgr/100/decsnmgr-100-x64_redhat_linux_6-yum/Packages...

Any chance you can apply some more downloads to our order? It's # 9BZLXH.

That is a renewal order. I do not see any download under that order. Are you sure you have provided a correct order number?
