1) What do we need to after the EVAL license for any SAS products expires and we have the licese for that product ?
Do we need to again download the depot and install the software on the machine or we can do like we renew the software ?
If possible ,please priovide the steps
2) In the Enterprise Miner client ,if we have SAS\Access interface to DB2 installed on the server ,do we need to install it on the client machine as well on the client\Server deployment ?

SAS software can be re-licensed at any time after expiry by applying the licence to the installed software:
SAS/ACCESS Interface to DB2 is a SAS Server product. This could be a local server on your desktop if you have done a "fulll" SAS install or more likely just an install on your remote SAS server.

We have installed the SAS\Access interface to Db2 on the Server and now we don't need to install it on the client ..
I have scenario ,where we have 2 software orders for the Eminer client /server deployment one order without SAS\Access interface to DB2 having expiry after 1 year and another Eval copy having all the softwares in previous order with the DB2 Access software which is EVAL license expiry after 6 months.
We installed earlier order and did additional install for the SAS\Access interface to DB2. so after this EVAL period is over and we buy license for the SAS\Access interface to DB2 we will just need to renew the Software is this correct ?

Yes, that's correct or more precisely renew the software licence. BTW it's also common practice to add licence files to your SAS Software Depots just in case you do any later deployments.

When you receive a full license after the Eval copy, you (or the SAS Admin for your site) should also receive a Software Order Email (SOE) or a Renewal Order Email (ROE). These documents provide guidance re the license process.
