A problem occurred  in executing a backup operation. Please check log files for more details.

 

 Operation name : Backup [2017-06-21T10_11_46]

 

Operation Status : ANALYSIS_WARN

 

Hi Team,

 

I am getting below error while ad-hoc backup via backup manager: - 

 


the Date Time : 6/21/17 10:11 AM 

 

Environment Details Tier  1 :  Host:xxxxxx.xx Configuration Directory: /opt/sas/config/Lev1

 

Run by: abc

 

Analysis Result: 

                              Analysis Problem: 

                                                           For : Web Infrastructure Platform Data Server 9.4

                                                           Status Code: 651

                                                           Possible Cause: Can not find user credentials information for Web Infrastructure Platform Data Server 9.4.

You do need the proper password for:

uid: sasadm@saspw

pw: <you need to know the password>

 

Otherwise this will never work.

 

Are you using the GUI tool http://yourServer:yourPort/SASBackupManager/BackupManager.jsp

or the command line tool sas-backup?

An ad-hoc backup should be run by the "SAS Administrator" account. So that you have access to the credentials.

Thanks for the reply.

 

But when I logging with sasadm user it shows user password is incorrect.
