I get a 0xc000000005 when starting SAS 9.4 after application virtualization. Can you perhaps give me a clue? It seems to be a Java error? All requirements for this were met (i hope): http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings13/461-2013.pdf

@eXEC this is something to raise with technical support.

There a bit of the context of this stack trace omitted. You don't have the task listed or anything like that. In your problem report to technical support please include the complete SAS log for the session that has this happen in. Try describe how was the system setup? What steps were taken to get the software installed? Does it always happen? Do you have any other similar systems that don't show the issue?

Thank you! I have omitted a part because I only have the message in German. Below the complete error text. For SAS 9.4 we have an installation script. So it works perfectly. Now I have tried the SAS Sequenced according to the instructions above (with PVAD) and also some other settings. There's always the Error. The package can also be expanded again, which corresponds to an installation. Then it works. Unfortunately not as a virtual application. I have already virtualized other SAS components without any Problems. For example, there may be something missing that is necessary. how can I get more logs?

@eXEC I've got a feeling your are encountering a known issue. What version of SAS are you using? This shouldn't be a problem with SAS 9.4 M5.

Did you reach out to Technical Support? If you have opened a SAS Technical Support track can you please private message me your track number?

Thank you! I'm trying to find someone who can open a ticket. This may take some time here. But it is a version 9.4 TS Level 1M2 on Windows 7 / 2008R2 server.

Just send an email to support@sas.com

You should get an automatic email back from the system with a number 7612.... in the subject line.
This is your track number can you PM me that number?

Some colleagues are investigating the problem. So far no mail has come with a 7612. There is also no ticket has been opened yet.

I'm fairly confident if you have a new SAS order issued for the latest version of SAS you should not have this issue.
