I many times succesfully install HotFix'es.

But now when run sas.tools.viewregistry.jar, it brings almost empty file DeploymentRegistry.txt

The only content of this file is:

SAS Installed Software And Components

SASHOME: null

What is the reason of that ?

Because of that I can't update my software.

Any luck on this? I am also getting the same SASHOME:null in the report.
I am able to generate the report in one 9.4 intance. But in the other instance, I have this problem of null.
