Problem installing SAS 9.2

Each time I thought of fixing installation problem on windows 7 64 bit. I get the message below. What do I need to do to fix this problem.I uninstalled 9.1,yet the problem persisted. Thanks.

The SAS Deployment Wizard has applied the latest updates to the software installed on this machine. If you wish to add new software or new languages to your deployment, restart the SAS Deployment Wizard and select the new software and languages that you wish to deploy.
