Hi There,

How can we list out all the available sas alerts along with their definition and status (active/in-active)? Is it possible to get some sort of report for this may be excel, html, or any sas report?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Alok_Pal,

you can do it at this moment on several ways:

1. Go to the Alert Center, the Definition tab. Once there, you could well copy and paste the N pages into Excel and then export/save on the format of your preference.

2. Or you could do the same, but Manage -> Monitoring Defaults -> and then item by item, click on Edit Alerts, then copy&paste to Excel

3. You could probably get this information from the WIP database, but I don't know at this moment the tables/columns that would be needed by you. You would need to explore a bit or contact SAS Technical Support, perhaps they have some additional insights.

For the general alert definitions, https://support.sas.com/rnd/emi/SASEnvMgr/EVSAF/index.html -> https://support.sas.com/rnd/emi/SASEnvMgr/EVSAF/All_Alert_Definitions.pdf

4. Check out the reports on the Report Center. See screenshot.

My pleasure, easy to answer when you work with it every day.
