How to pull top 20 jobs data from RTM?

We have 4 node GRID setup and we want to pull the statistics of top 20 jobs submitted to the GRID which are occupying most of the resources. Is there any way we could capture this info either through RTM or environment Manager or any other tool? Does anyone know or have an idea of how we can achieve this? Please let me know.
