How do I obtain the client_id and client_secret to use with the getrefreshtoken utility for authenticating to Google Big Query with SAS VIYA 2021.2.5.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. It sounds like something you would need to create on the Google side then.

When you create a client you specify the client ID and client secret. The process for creating a client can be found here:

I am trying to get a refresh token using the SAS/ACCESS to Big Query tools found here: https://support.sas.com/downloads/package.htm?pid=2459. So the client_id & client_secret are on the GOOGLE side.
