Hello,

Is there anyway that LSF can send email to 'submitted user' and 'sasadmins' in case of failures with the error?

Also in other situations like, if the job is taking more than 'x' hrs, can I get an email?

If yes, where can we configure these details in the grid environment?

Hi,

if you are on SAS 9.4, depending on the maintenance level, you could use SAS Environment Manager's

functionality of creating conditions and alerts.

Also, the report center contains reports that show user connections failed (in general tho, based on

Workspace Server connections or Metadata Server connections).

There are also stored processes available that you can customize. I have not used such yet, maybe someone

in the community has and can provide more input.

What SAS Version are you running?

Best

Anja

Thanks Anja.
This is about SAS 9.4 M3. I am aware of creating alerts for the servers and services in Environment Manager. Not sure how to get an instant email alert in case of some job failure in grid.
