Hi i am seeing the below error intermittently. not sure what the issue is. 

 

Any help on this is much appreciated. 

 

ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: [SAS][ODBC SQL Server Legacy Driver]Timeout expired

ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.

Some important notes:

 

1. Do you have SAS/Access engine for ODBC?

2. Have you installed the ODBC driver on the Compute Tier?

3. If yes, did you edited the odbc.ini file and include the DataSrc information?

4. If above setting are completed, confirm if the service account used to connect to the Database has the required permission to access.
