Hi,

At my office SAS was installed a few months ago, however the guy operating the same has resigned. But now the SAS whenever logged in via new user of the Windows Server from his ID reflects an Expired License, while Logging In with the previous resigned colleague' ID does allow Logging In the software without any trouble.

Any suggestion shall be obliged.

Thanks in advance,

Can you please refine the information.

What SAS products do you have?

What kind of login are we talking about, Windows/AD?

Where/how do you get the expired license message?

Are you logging in from a SAS client (which), from local PC, or via RDP?

Attach the message may help.

Data never sleeps
