Creating a flow in LSF without using the SMC Schedule manager?

Hello, 

We currently define flows in the Schedule manager plugin of the Management console. I was however wondering if there were any methods for creating a flow directly in LSF? I appreciate that the version of LSF bundled with SAS has reduced functionality but perhaps someone has experimented with this? any info welcome!

IBM LSF comes with Flow Editor which can be used. You would need to purchase an IBM license to use it.
Platform Suite for SAS does not ship with Flow Editor because SAS has the Schedule Manager.
