Check your CAS host firewall rules to ensure communication on port 5570 is allowed. Also suggest raising a Tech Support track as firewall rules is only one of many possible causes that may require diagnosing.

Hello @woo
What client are you using to connect?

Thank you but this got resolved. some patches got applied Unix side and somehow ownership of few files has been changed (don't know who). Putting ownership back in place seems resolved the issue.
