Hello!

I'm trying to install SAS 9.4 in Arch Linux. I know it's not supported but I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of a fix for this strange problem.

When I launch the Deployment Wizard, I can't read any of the text. Here's what I see on, for example the second page of the wizard:

Page 2 of the Deployment Wizard

And on the fourth page after entering a directory:

Fourth page of the Deployment Wizard

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe there is some incompatibility between the SDW and the X11 libs for this Linux distro.
Else you can run the SDW with -console to bypass the X11 interface.

That's great advice. Console mode works like a dream. However, now my installation is failing at 14%. No idea why...

Guess it's time to research another problem...
