Hello

We are working with SAS Viya 3.3 and we need to have development users independent of the corporate LDAP, that is, to have the possibility of using two LDAPs or creating users in SAS Viya 3.3 that can connect to all the components without having to register in the corporate.LDAP.

The user will need access to the visual part such as SAS Visual Analytics and the programming part such as SAS Studio. In SAS 9.4 we solved this situation with SO and Metadata users and / or connections to several LDAPs.

How can we give a solution to developers or administrators without registering in the LDAP?

@SaraVillagrasa,

You have to use multi-tenancy. Please see the document below:

SAS® Viya® 3.3 for Linux: Deployment Guide -> SAS Viya and Multi-tenancy

Please note that If you anticipate having multiple tenants, even if you have only one tenant initially, you must enable multi-tenancy. Changing from a single-tenant deployment to a multi-tenant deployment requires that you re-deploy your software
