Tell how you've used SAS to have a positive impact on your community.
I am the tech owner of SAS for WorkSafe and TAC. My Business Intelligence team manages SAS for the whole user community of WorkSafe and TAC. Not only do we support the platform, we also actively keep the platform up to current version, build code for project/BAU requirements, and run workshops with SAS presales team and Business User group. We are not planning the migration to SAS Viya.
What SAS products are you using and how are you using them?
SAS EG, Enterprise Miner, SAS VA and SAS Office Analytics, Platform Suite for SAS - this is across two separate organizations.
What was your most surprising discovery about your work?
SAS is a power analytics platform and it's amazing what I and my team can achieve on one platform - as compared to the other data platform that does only one or two aspects of data lifecycle management.
