In previous posts I have talked about how to analyze an alert and how to create analyses in SAS Field Quality Analytics. This post will cover the basics in how to interact with analysis results. While each analysis has different output and display options there are a few common themes including interactive results, filtering options, and analyzing the results even further.

SAS Field Quality Analytics has 14 different out of the box analyses that are designed to help aid in reducing warranty costs. Additionally, with the most current version of SAS Field Quality Analytics a custom analysis can be created. The purpose of this blog is to provide a high-level overview on how to create analyses in SAS Field Quality Analytics.

To create a new analysis, open the desired project. There are a few ways to create a new analysis. If there is not an existing analysis in the project, then select New analysis:

The purpose of this blog is to show how a planner can customize their plan by modifying where a dimension is displayed on the plan. As a reminder, a dimension is a way to organize your data, so it is easier to work with. There are four dimensions displayed in the following plan, Measure, Analysis, Product, and Calendar.

This post is the next in a series of posts about SAS Field Quality Analytics. In my previous posts I talked about the different types of alerts groups within SAS Field Quality Analytics, and how to create a data selection. The purpose of this post is to show how to further analyze the data underlying an alert.

Once you have received an alert it can be helpful to dig deeper and identify what the core problem is. For example, in the alert below we know that it is for models with model code Gemini, in the United States and Primary Labor Code D-007:

Working with Location Based Features within SAS Customer Intelligence 360

This post provides an overview of how to utilize the location-based features within the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 mobile SDK to support and execute location-based marketing strategies. The SAS Customer Intelligence 360 mobile SDK uses beacons and geo-fencing capabilities to determine if a customer has entered or exited specific geographic locations. This information can then be used to trigger marketing tasks such as a Mobile Push Notification or an email to the customer. For example, if a customer enters a specific location close to a retail store a push notification could be triggered inviting the customer to enter the application and see if there are any ongoing promotions.
