An error appears near dropdown with yellow triangle saying that a column referenced by query not found. Why does it appear and how to solve it?

I want to display count and percentage in pie chart . Though I choose perCent by total but sometimes its not visible. And how to avoid arrow marks on pie chart ? 5 different measures which I have selected for pie char such as stage, stage by gender shows same value for all stages.?
