I am using multilevel modeling. I have just one predictor which is height. Its value lies between 0.3 to 0.9. The outcome is binary yes/no.

I used Proc Glimmix to get the following estimate;

Intercept: 0.09

Estimate for rank: 2.05

The estimate reflects that a unit increase in the rank; there is 2.05 odds of an increase in the outcome (yes). I really want to calculate, how much predicted probability increase with a unit increase in the rank.

I would be really thankful if someone can help me with this

Fri, 08 Oct 2021 02:37:51 GMThttps://communities.sas.com/t5/New-SAS-User/Calculating-the-predicted-probability/m-p/772924#M31134Sharmaji2021-10-08T02:37:51ZCalculating slope index of inequality

I am wondering if anyone has an idea on calculating the slope index of inequality in SAS in hierarchical regression analysis with binary outcome

Thanks in Advance
Wed, 06 Oct 2021 17:11:46 GMThttps://communities.sas.com/t5/New-SAS-User/Calculating-slope-index-of-inequality/m-p/772494#M31081Sharmaji2021-10-06T17:11:46ZCalculating the difference in predicted probability

Hello there, I am using a two-level hierarchical model, I have estimated the predicted probabilities for the independent variable ( range 0.3 to 0.9). Now I have to estimate the difference in the predicted probability between values 0 and 1 with the confidence interval. I would really be glad if someone could help me with this.

In fact, I have already calculated the predicted probabilities for 0 and 1 but have not been able to get the difference and confidence intervals.

Thanks in Advance
Wed, 06 Oct 2021 17:07:28 GMThttps://communities.sas.com/t5/New-SAS-User/Calculating-the-difference-in-predicted-probability/m-p/772491#M31079Sharmaji2021-10-06T17:07:28ZMultilevel SEM
