Deploying SAS Viya Pay-as-you-go

I've tried deploying SAS Viya a few times. There I havent found a way to customize the vnet thats used, and any changes cant be made to the vnet. I get permission denied. Its the deny statement in the IAM roles in Azure. Anyway to resolve this?

thanks for using SAS Comminutes.

This is a direct consequence of working with an Azure managed application. Customers agree that publisher (=SAS) creates the Azure resources on the customer tenant. Customer has read only access on these resources.
