Azure Deployment failed due to "Timeout"

Hello,

I'm trying to deploy SAS Viya (pay as you go) and i have a "Request Timeout" after 2 hours. This is the error message i have:

BTW, I used EAST US as the region. And I'm sure the following requirements are met:

Total Regional vCPUs: 64
Standard DSv4: 44
Standard EDSv4: 20

Hi Simon,

I looked at that post. It doesn't solve my issue because all the requirements/limits of the deployment had been satisfied. The issue continues to appear and fail the deployment.

Please let me know what to do next.

We have identified a possible issue with the deployment assets that might be causing this problem.

We are investigating and will post back as soon as we have an answer.

Just FYI. I tried to deploy Viya on East US 2 instead of East US. Deployment failed in about 22 minutes. Here's the error message:
