Hi:
Typically, this is an issue with virus checking, malware protection, ad blocker or some kind of other connection issue at your browser, Internet provider or connection settings.

We recommend that you have your network team enable the Brightcove ports and domains, as explained here: http://support.sas.com/training/elearn/system.html -- Look in the middle panel about access to SAS servers, at the Brightcove requirements. Also, do not try to open your class from a saved bookmark in your browser or go directly to the Virtual Learning Environment. Each class uses JavaScript to deliver the videos, so the class has to be started from your My Training page to get the right controller JavaScript started (which, of course, means that scripting must be enabled in your browser, too).

To get to your My Training page, go to support.sas.com/training and look on the gray banner for the link that says "My Training", like this:

It always helps to try all the supported browsers -- IE, Firefox or Google Chrome. Note that Microsoft Edge and Safari on Windows are not recommended (Safari is OK on MacOS X. If you are using a mobile device, there are operating system requirements for those too.

Hope this helps.
Cynthia

Then, when you see your list of active e-learning classes, click the one you want to work with.

Sometimes, if your progress isn't being tracked correctly, it is because your browser loses the connection to our server if you let the session sit idle for too long.
