I am not sure this will work but you might try writing ESTIMATE statements that combine the solutions for the fixed and random effects. All I can suggest is to start simple and work it on up.

Hi,

I am applying proc glimmix and having two-level organisational model with polytomous outcome (outcome with four groups). I have followed the steps provided here: https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings15/3430-2015.pdf

Now, I am wondering if there is any possibility to have directly odds ratios (with confidence intervals) for all the outcome groups. For example, I would like to analyse how the 2-nd level factor is associated with different outcome groups, not just with reference group.

Or is there any other procs to be used when I have two-level/hierarchical model with polytomous outcome so that I could get odds ratios for each group?

Thank you for your help.
