      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see that you can use the CONCORDANCE option with PROC PHREG to compute Harrell's Concordance Statistic, but I can't seem to figure out a way to have 95% confidence limits included in the output. Would I have to use CONCORDANCE=HARRELL(SE), and then calculate the 95% CI as Estimate +/- 1.96*(Standard Error) ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
