topic Anova vs log linear regression vs T test- Which do I use? in Statistical Procedures

I'm a new user and I am trying to prove (or disprove) statistical significance of major safety incidents at locations of varying security levels. For example,

Safety Hazard 1 had 113 - 2 at Security 1, 74 at security 2, 37 at security 3

Safety hazard 2 had 584 - 0 at Security 1, 32 at security 2, 552 at security 3

and so on. I want to see if there is a relationship between security levels and occurrence of incidents. Because I have 5 hazard levels and 4 security levels, I cant seem to figure out the best test. Any help is appreciated.
