      <title>power analysis for NPS score /sample size</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;in our company we are using NPS as customer satisfaction measurement.&amp;nbsp; i have to prove that we need to increase the sampling size, so I want to use proc power.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normally I use proc power for 2 groups, But NPS has 3 groups (promoter, detractor, passive).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which method should I use in proc power?&lt;/P&gt;
