Need guidance with proc phreg for calculating HR/CI

I want to calculate HR using phreg procedure. I used the procedure and I got some value for HR.Can anybody guide me how I need to check whether I am getting the correct values or not?I found this below link which helped me to understand

but still have some confusion regarding the HR whether I am getting the correct value or not. Can anybody suggest me where I can explore more about HR?

Have you worked through the examples in the documentation and understand how its being calculated for the examples? Then apply that same logic to your problem.
