    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am working on an analysis of RERI from a PHREG output. I am first trying to generate a lsmeans output that shows the four absolute estimates for defined binary 'Delivery Ischemic Event' (1,0) and 'C-Section' (1,0). When I run this, a control level is automatically selected. Is there a way to remove this in this statement so there is data populated in all four rows, eliminating the control/reference group in the lsmeans output? In this attached case; a control level was set at Delivery Ischemic Event=0, C-Section=0.
