Hello Sir/Madam,

Please could anyone help me with the NLMIXED procedure for the GLIMMIX procedure. I am trying to compare the output but do ot know if my NLMIXED code is correct, can anyone write corresponding nlmixed procedure for the glimmix below.

PROC GLIMMIX DATA=base method=quad;
CLASS SID sex(ref="0") Ethnicity(ref="1") ;
MODEL A= B age Sex ethnicity/ dist=beta solution;
RANDOM intercept / subject=SID;
RUN;

Please show us the NLMIXED code you used. Please show us the output so we can see what is different.

Please explain why you think GLIMMIX and NLMIXED should give the same output. (Because, honestly, I wouldn't expect them to produce the same output)

Thank you! we corrected it and it ran, the only difference was to change GLIMMIX to NLMIXED and take out the class statement
