Thank you for these suggestion.  We do not have SAS/QC.  I found that out only when I tried RELIABILITY procedure.  I forgot to mention that in my post.  I would like to know if there are any other procedures for this.&lt;BR /&gt;

I'm new to SAS/STAT.&lt;BR /&gt;

I'm working on survival distribution and lifetime distribution function.  For survival distribution, I used proc lifetest.  I wondering what procedure to use to get lifetime distribution function.&lt;BR /&gt;
