There’s datasets one SASHELP, which you’ve already found.

You can also check data.gov

Or if you want something more topical find one of the many COVID19 datasets. This is the open data my province is releasing. BC also has a great one accessible by API.

Why not make up some of your own?

Do a google search for

sas simulation data

and you'll find lots of resources and tips.

@Rick_SAS has written a complete book about it, so he might have some advice for you.
