&lt;P&gt;_type_=0&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Overall mean&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;_type_=1&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Mean of each level of age&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;_type_=2&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Mean of each level of month&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;_type_=4&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Mean of each level of sex&lt;/P&gt;
