Check out Proc Tree. You will need to save the cluster output to a dataset that Proc Tree would use.

Check out the documentation for both.

I've run a cluster analysis on a simple set of 15 variables, roughly 2k observations, and would like the procedure to assign observations to clusters in an output dataset after running, based on a number of clusters of my choosing. Is there a command that will cause proc cluster to do this? I know how to use fastclus to do this, but Kmeans results are less reliable.
