Shell wrapper to stop and start SAS services can be scheduled to call on a fixed time.

We would like to turn off our RTDM SAS environment everyday on schedule. We want to find out if anyone else had to do this, and if it can be done. We would like to make our RTDM environment available 09h00-16h00 daily and offline 16h00 onwards.

What would be the best approach for this?
