I've read a paper on the %heckit macro that should be available somewhere. This macro should do the two step heckman procedure easily ...&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Actually, I was not abble to find it on internet.&lt;BR /&gt;
Does someone know where i can find it ?&lt;BR /&gt;
