You are correct, the CAUSALMED procedure does not support the analysis of time to event data. Requests for this functionality are something the developer of PROC CAUSALMED is aware of and considering. This question often comes up in relation to the paper 2015 paper, “SAS macro for causal mediation analysis with survival data” by Valeri and VanderWeele. The materials associated with the paper are available online in the tutorial on mediation analysis here

https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/tyler-vanderweele/tools-and-tutorials/

Hi everyone,

I wanted to use PROC CAUSALMED. However, It seems that it does not support a analysis of time to event data in a Cox model. Is this correct?

I am using SAS Studio Online.

Thanks in forward.
