Yes, as long as you replace the coefficient values for both time and time*group.

I have an estimate statement time 1 time*group 1 0 0;

Time is measured in days in my dataset. I want to estimate the progression of the outcome variable by week or month instead of day. If I replace the time 1 with time 7 or time 30, will that give me a rate by week/month?
